We do a lot of RV camping, and have a social group of friends who we always camp with. Our camping friend Gary who seemed to have two (or more) of everything in his RV, made each of us a campfire poker. It was a useful (and thoughtful) gift that would literally last a lifetime. The only problem was it was made out of rebar, weighed about 4 pounds and rusted badly.
So we decided to take it one step further, redesign it and create a more value added product. Now at 13 ounces, we feel it’s a viable alternative to searching for that elusive perfect campfire poker out there in the woods.
